PwnTunes 1.4.0.0 for iOS 5 has just been released to our beta repo (www.pwntunes.net/beta_repo as Cydia Source)! It adds not only full iOS 5 compability but also adds 2 new features: 1) Now with PhotoAlbums+ installed as well you can import photos/videos into custom albums via USB. 2) The purchased music from the iTunes Store in your iDevice music library is also mapped to USB and can be copied to your PC from there. It has a new folder named "iTunes Purchases".
